This unique program, which recognizes employees who maintain perfect attendance for one consecutive year, has an impact that extends far beyond the office. It is one of the most coveted company awards.

Since its conception in 1983, Baudville has been an active contributor to both local and international community organizations. The company has historically focused its giving for children's issues including children with disabilities, disadvantages and health struggles. In 2007, Baudville formalized its charitable giving with the creation of Baudville's Helping Hand.

As the charitable arm of Baudville, Inc., Baudville's Helping Hand has been created to help the company attain a higher quality connection with its partner charitable organizations. The company looks forward to new and renewed charitable partnerships and becoming a more recognizable contributor in the community.

Baudville's Helping Hand also plans to provide opportunities for employees to give and become more involved with their favorite charities in the future. The company's charitable giving efforts have long involved the employees, without whom such generous giving would not be possible.
